| Thanks for reading this development meeting. Every so often me (Strict), and DarkShard gather together to have a talk about the future of Sprite Universe. If you have any questions or comments on the meeting just comment I'll be sure to answer it.

Dark: Sup.
Strict: I really miss the internet and the old times with SpriteCentral. So I'm announcing my return!
Dark: You are the creator.
Strict: True, that's true. Well, now since your goals are accomplished its time to finally pump up Sprite Universe!
As far as designs, I like the various designs we currently have but its time to pump it up even more!
Dark: What do u mean?
Strict: Okay, our goals when we first started were to revive and restart. Then after we had accomplished it was to get our name out around the Internet.
Now that those 2 goals are complete, its time to finally give the site the "SPARK" people all over have been waiting for.
Dark: And that spark is?
Strict: Sprite Universe isn't just a Spriting institution
it should be a bit more for everyone.
I've come across 3 main Genres.. Anime, Games, Sprites. We should focus on those 3 genres. Mainly, the first 2. So even the non-Spriters of the site can come and enjoy themselves. Although the idea of this has been out there, it really wasn't emphasized as much but if we give it the "PUSH" that it needs then I'm sure we can build even more of a community.
Dark: You just basically broke down the "SPARK" to a "PUSH", which takes us back to step one. Finding the "PUSH" or "SPARK".
Strict: The "SPARK" isn't the "PUSH". The "SPARK" is "adding in NEW" Genres. The Push is actually giving the Community the 3 Genres in a well established manner. Not too much of one genre.
In my honest opinion, in the beginning we were searching for the "SPARK" to give the site its uniqueness. At the time we'd agreed on Sprites mainly.. but Sprites only go so far before it becomes overused and uninteresting to both Spriters and Non-Spriters. Adding the other 2 Genres will certainly bring out the true colors and potential of the site.

Strict: Well, since you did most of the planning and production last time, I'm hoping I'll do a bit more on my part lol

You guys waited too long for this "SPARK", as you'd put it. No one is active anymore. There's nothing to talk about, so no one really comes.

Well, really I take the blame for leaving for so long.. but if inactivity is the only primary problem then it can be solved easily. And as you said, since there's nothing to talk about, no one comes. So now, we are going to reestablish things to prevent the site from getting boring.

If you pull it off, I'll become active again. A little suggestion, look into the whole Layout of the website. It lags a lot for me, but I have a shitty laptop, so you might want to see if anyone else has the problem, too.

| Oh, its back... again...
My advice for you strict, let garp take over. Everytime you've returned with a big plan you've just brought in someone else from another site, gave them an important rank and things changed for a week or two before going back to normal

Oh, hey Neko! And there's a chance the layout will be changed just to change the hype of things. I'll be sure to look out for bugs in the site.

Its?..
And no, Garp will not be taking over. Maybe he will assist in some manner, but not take over. Yes, my big plans come and go but I plan for this plan to stick and revolutionize the site. You must understand, the administrative team aren't the only people who make the site. The members play a huge role in this as well.

| I'm curious now, what are your plans in full. Its naive to think adding anime and gaming sections and pushing the community aspect will change the site enough to get the results you want so what is it your actually doing?
If your serious about bringing the forum back then check out the forum at thespritersresource, Thats what you should be aiming for as the end result

You may think it's naive but really it's your opinion. And my goal is different from other sites. Spriters Resourse is a site much like Sprite Database, but my goal isn't to obtain a "Database of Sprites". It's again to provide a site for all to enjoy both Sprites and other activities, while maintaining a stable and enjoyable community.
